I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in DC. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and groups. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment issues, relationship issues, and thriving issues at work. Most of my clients are professionals, managers and executives in government, international organizations and the private sector.

As a dual citizen, French and American, I have personal experience and professional specialization in helping foreign nationals, cross-cultural couples and families adjust and thrive. About a third of my practice consists of francophone individuals and couples whom I treat in French.

I received training in humanistic, psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mind-body techniques and trauma-focused therapies, and I draw upon each of these orientations in my work. I received a Masters in Education and Human Development, GSEHD, George Washington University, Washington, DC. I was a Member of Chi Sigma Iota, the International Counseling Honors’ society.  I also received a Master in International Affairs from School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, NY in 1994 and a Bachelor’s Degree from Barnard College, NY, NY in 1989.
