I am a bilingual (French and English) Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in DC. I work with adults in individual, couple and group therapy. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and professional thriving issues such as work-life balance, stress and burn-out.

I work from an eclectic client-centered approach and draw upon humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential theories. I also have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mind-body techniques (Core Energetics Certification 2007) and trauma-focused therapies.

I received a Masters in Education and Human Development in Clinical mental Health from George Washington University, Washington, DC. I was a Member of Chi Sigma Iota, the International Counseling Honors’ society. I am committed to continuing my own development as a therapist through membership and participation in peer groups and professional associations, such as the American Academy of Psychotherapists (2012 Scholarship Recipient), and as a member of the Mid-Atlantic Group Professional Society, and the American Counseling Association.  I also received a Master in International Affairs from School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, NY.
